  • Mainly on the telephone with some admin duties
  • Liaising with a range of parties (customers, external and internal departments) to gather information and resolve Insurance claims and queries
  • Ensuring customers are informed on the progress of their Motor, Home, Pet, Travel claims
  • Working in a team Environment, which may involve flexible working patterns
  • Working in a contact centre
